This commit replaces the existing release workflow with a new one that runs the gcbrun/big-linter action on every push event.
The new workflow is configured with the following:
- `push` event trigger
- `contents: write` and `id-token: write` permissions
- `PR_ENVIRONMENT` environment variable set to `${{ toJSON(secrets) }}`
